L	Go forward in the baselayer history’s stack
A	Decrease both the vmin and vmax by an equal, internally calculated step (thereby maintaining their difference)
D	Increase both the vmin and vmax by an equal, internally calculated step (thereby maintaining their difference)
W	Widen the range between the vmin and vmax by an internally calculated step
S	Narrows the range between the vmin and vmax by an internally calculated step
